At a time when the average user engages with only a handful of apps, a study by Adjust (2024) highlights that the key challenge lies not only in driving downloads but in encouraging regular use. For Supernova, we tackled this challenge with a fresh, humorous approach: in our campaign for the SuperClub app, we didn’t explain what the app does we simply showed how convenient it is to have it at your fingertips, anytime

Video Humour That Hooks
Instead of the usual feature-focused presentation, we created a series of short, witty videos that show through everyday situations why having the SuperClub app just makes sense. From scripting and casting to production and editing, every element was designed to blend naturally into the social media environment. To elevate the impact, we used full-scale professional production still a rarity for TikTok and Meta ads.
Creative That Clicks
Beyond the concept and production, we also took care of all visual design elements, on-set coordination (locations, styling, make-up), props, and format adaptation for different platforms. The campaign was strategically crafted for fast and effective conversions. The videos were published on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, supported by optimized advertising.
Results
The SuperClub app promotion campaign exceeded expectations within the first few weeks. The videos, marked by a strong creative tone and professional production, achieved above-average view rates and high user engagement across all three platforms – Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Particularly notable was the exceptionally low cost per click, just €0.09, which is significantly below the average for video-based digital campaigns. This result confirms that the chosen format, tone of communication, and platform strategy effectively resonated with the target audience.
