When fashion becomes an experience.
In the digital world, where followers seek more than just information, experience has become the key to connecting with a brand. Personalized video content has been proven to boost engagement – a fact confirmed by the study Lights, Camera, Engagement! (Smith & Lee, 2025) published in the Journal of Marketing Communications. Based on these insights, we partnered with Supernova to create the seasonal project “Style Transformation” – a video series that combines real-life stories of participants, store promotions, and a strong digital presence.

Spring: Awakening in Style
The series kicked off with a spring transformation that attracted 132 applications, showing strong audience interest. The selected participants experienced a complete style makeover under the guidance of professional mentors. The campaign involved 11 tenants, allowing for a diverse showcase of the shopping center’s offer. A total of 13 video posts were published, presenting fashion as an accessible, everyday experience through the personal stories of the participants.
Summer with Jerica
During the summer, the campaign gained fresh momentum with influencer Jerica Zupan, who shared her own transformation, showcasing a more relaxed and fashion-experimental style. The campaign featured 5 stores, and the video series consisted of 6 posts. The focus was on how fashion expression influences confidence and well-being, strengthening the emotional tone of the campaign.
Autumn Expansion
The autumn transformation brought a record-breaking 311 applications. We included 12 tenants, each contributing to the unique transformation of two participants. The posts highlighted autumn fashion trends while building an authentic connection with followers through relatable, real-life looks.
Results
Across all three phases, the project reached over 163,000 users and generated more than 350,000 impressions. With an average cost of only €0.05 per click, it proved that authentic video storytelling – combined with tenant collaboration – is a highly effective formula for promoting shopping centers and increasing social media engagement.
